The purpose of the poster session is to allow the authors to explain the details of their papers in an informal atmosphere.
There will be at least 8 poster boards available in the Multipurpose Room. Each poster board is a movable room divider. This divider is about 1m wide and runs from floor to ceiling (it can be locked down so that it does not move around).
We shall be using both sides of such a partition, so we can accommodate at most 16 papers per session.
We suggest a limit of 12 (A4-sized) pages of poster as being readily visible.
