HOW TO REGISTER FOR PARTICIPATION

Registration fees and deadlines

The registration fee includes five tutorials on July the 14th, the technical sessions, invited lectures, reception, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, symposium lunches, evening tour with refreshments, symposium banquet, and a copy of the proceedings.

There is a discount for early registration. The deadline for early registration is 31 May 2001. Otherwise you can register up to 30 June, but your registration will be considered a late registration. Please observe that we do not accept on-site registrations.

Payment must arrive within one week after the deadline (by 7 June 2003) in order to qualify for an early registration discount. If payment is not received in time the registration will be considered invalid and a new invoice will be issued at the late registration rates.

Additional lunches/banquet tickets, additional evening-tour tickets and additional copies of the proceedings can be obtained, if ordered in advance.

There is 50% discount on the registration fee for students. For the student registration, we require proof of student status: mail or fax a copy of your student card to the ISIPTA '03 Secretariat address below. The age limit to apply for student registration is 35 years.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations made prior to 10 June 2003 will incur a 20% administration charge. No refunds will be made after this date.

The registration process

If you want to register for participation, here is what you should do.
  1. First (and unless you have already done so before), you have to preregister, by filling out the web form on the ELECTRONIC PREREGISTRATION page.
  2. Next, introduce your e-mail (the same you used in the preregistration) and registration information in the web form below and press the Submit button.
  3. You will obtain in your browser a page with your registration data and asking for some additional ones (in case of credit card payment).
  4. Print this page, fill out the form and send it to (fax is enough in case of credit card payment):
