HOW TO SUBMIT A PAPER

The deadline for submission is over.

There is a strict limit of 15 pages for papers submitted to the symposium. We strongly encourage the use of LaTeX to prepare manuscripts. Please use the Carleton Scientific macro package without modification or added definitions that change the formatting of the commands contained in that style package. Guidelines for authors and examples are available here.

Papers should be electronically submitted and only pdf files will be accepted.

We do not recommend the use of MS Word. However, in exceptional cases we will provide a procedure to help MS Word users to convert their manuscripts to LaTeX. Other formats will not be accepted. In the case of questions about the preparation of documents or problems with the style package, please send a message to editor@carleton-scientific.com.

The Program Committee will decide which of the submitted papers are accepted, by carefully evaluating their originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. All the accepted papers will be included in a volume of proceedings, published by Carleton Scientific.

There will be free electronic access to the proceedings after some time. Before the conference, the electronic access will be restricted to the ISIPTA '03 attendees to allow them to study the papers in some detail before they are actually presented. Each accepted paper will be given the opportunity for both a brief oral presentation as well as a poster session.
