ISIPTA'09 has been given financial support from London Mathematical Society and the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Reseach Council to encourage participation by PhD students and researchers from Africa (or countries in which mathematics is in a similar position) and from former Soviet Union countries. As there is a fixed budget, and we wish to divide it equally among those qualifying for such support, please let the organizers know by 11 MAY 2009 if you attend and would like to be considered for a reduction to participation costs. We expect to be able to reduce costs for such participants by about 100 GBP per person, we will inform you about the exact level of reduction early May.
