HOW TO PREPARE YOUR POSTER ONLY PRESENTATION

Your submitted abstract will appear in the conference folder and you are invited to present a poster at the conference. At the day of your poster presentation you will have one minute to introduce yourself and to orally announce the poster. The posters will be on display all day. So if your poster only presentation is on a particular day, please bring your poster along in the morning, say 20 minutes before the start of the first plenary session.

Guidelines for posters

Maximum poster size: DIN A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation (ONE poster per presentation).

If you split your poster in several smaller parts, be sure that the total area does not exceed the size of one DIN A0 (portrait) sheet.

Best Poster Award

The best poster will be awarded a prize to honor the effort of creating posters of excellent design.
