A memorial tablet will be unveiled at Bruno de Finetti's birthplace in Conradstraße 8, in the presence of represenatatives of the City of Innsbruck and the University of Innsbruck. The ceremony starts at 19:00 and will last about one hour (including a drink).
A bus will bring us to the place, leaving from the hotel at 18:30 (sharp). Please be there on time, the bus will not wait.
After the ceremony, you can either return on foot (about 15 minutes) or take the tramway no. 1 to Museumstraße. For those who want to get together for dinner, several tables have been reserved in a nearby restaurant, Restaurant Panorama, Rennweg 39 (5 minutes walking distance).
The conference dinner will take place in the Seegrube restaurant, high above Innsbruck (see level 1900 m), with a wonderful scenic view of the town and the Inn valley. The restaurant is situated on the Nordkette mountain range in the north of Innsbruck and can be reached by cable car. During the dinner, the IJAR award ceremony will take place.
We meet at the hotel lobby at 18:00 and leave from the hotel at 18:10 (sharp), walk 5 minutes to the Hungerburgbahn station near Kongresshaus, Rennweg 3. This is a cable railway that will bring us to the first level above Innsbruck and to the station of the cable car for Seegrube. Both dinner and trip are included in the conference fee, also for accompanying persons.
Please be there on time, there is no other means of getting to the dinner place. Dinner starts at 19:00. We will return by cable car at 23:00 to Hungerburg, where busses will be waiting for us to bring us back to Hotel Grauer Bär.
